sNews is a completly free template independant, standards compilant, PHP and MySQL or Flat-File driven tool for publishing and manitaining news articles on a website. Its fast to integrate into your existing design, or can be a cnotent management system on its own.
SNews is extermly lightweight because it consists of only one file, and lets you change your design whenever you want. Some of the features are: Password Protected Live Administration, Categories, Articles, Comments, Search Engine Friendly URLs, Archive, Search Engine, Images, RSS Feed, Exteranl files inclusion.
